Funked Up & Chilled Out is Candy Dulfer’s twelfth studio album, produced by Thomas Bank and released on the HEADS UP label. This double CD has funky, groovy, dancy tracks on one side, and relaxing, smooth-jazz tracks on the other. Jan van Duikeren’s signature is all over the funky horn arrangements and the brass is on fire! The Special Request Horns have contributed to five tracks on the ‘Funked Up’ part of this double-album.
